Please do NOT email or call the teacher directly as there is the chance that they may not receive the message due to being in instruction time.

Any items including lunches dropped off, will need to be signed in at the drop off table in the office. Office staff will notify teachers to let them know.
*No Food Delivery Services accepted for students (Door Dash, Uber Eats, Restaurant delivery.)
+ Join Us For Lunch
Parents and family members are welcome to join their student at lunch time starting Tuesday, September 2nd. When you come to join for lunch, please keep in mind:
- All visitors must sign in at the kiosk in our lobby with their Driver's License, then make your way to the office for your printed badge.
- We have a special set of tables reserved specifically for our students to sit with their guests. You may bring food for your child only. Please do not bring food to share with other students, as there may be allergies or dietary restrictions.
+ Student Birthday
Birthdays are a big deal and it is so fun to celebrate; however we do not allow birthday parties. Each student will receive a birthday pencil and a birthday tag from the front office.
If you would like to send birthday treats for the entire class, we encourage non-edible treats such as erasers, bubbles, notepads, play-doh (there is an allergy free play-doh) or other fun items. If edible treats are sent in, they must be store bought and individually wrapped for allergy reasons (ex: no cupcake trays or donuts). All treats will be given to students at the end of the day to take home.
Birthday invitations may be given to either the entire class, to all the girls, or all the boys in the same class if distributed at school. We cannot allow invitations to be given only to a select group of friends.
** No LATEX balloons allowed on campus; due to allergies
+ Lost & Found
We have an area at the end of our co-curr hallway near the cafeteria where we put all of our lost and found items. If your child is missing a shirt, coat, water-bottle, etc. please check our lost and found. 2 or 3 times throughout the year, we will pack up and donate leftover items. Of course, we will provide parents plenty of notice prior to donating.
+ Cell Phones and Personal Technology
Student cell phones, smart watches, AirPods, Bluetooth headphones, communication transmission devices etc. are not allowed to be in use during instructional hours. Students will be expected to either leave their devices at home, or if they choose to bring them to school, to turn their device off and store it in a backpack, purse, or other bag for the entirety of the school day.
